New Zealand North Island

Coromandel Peninsula 9 Day Inn Trip

The Coromandel Peninsula is a cycling gem lying east of Auckland in one of New Zealand's most diverse and breathtaking locations. Luxuriant forest and mountain backdrops set the scene. See a giant kauri tree and ride a bush railway. A farm stay will give you the opportunity to meet some real "Kiwis". Finish at the geothermal spa town of Rotorua with the opportunity to experience the local Maori culture.

"My bike was extremely comfy – above my expectations.  I really loved my Trek Pilot."

Maren Troum, Arizona

"New Zealand is truly amazing place where you can experience dry plains, rainforests, ocean beaches and glaciers all within a day's ride of each other. The people who live there are wonderfully open and willing to share their lovely island. Pedaltours were very congenial and most helpful in helping us relax and enjoy the trip. The other riders were great, as well with a wide range of riding abilities, ages, and backgrounds which made for very interesting dinner conversations! I would go again without question."
